About my OLX subscription

 

  • What will happen to my existing subscription contract with OLX Philippines?

Your existing subscription contract will continue on the OLX platform until July 14, 2019. Any contract that will extend after this date will still be performed by the same legal entity but moved over to the Carousell platform. Rest assured, we will provide the same value you received on the OLX platform once you move to the Carousell platform. Please get in touch with your account manager to learn more about your subscription packages.

 

  •  I have an existing subscription with OLX. Who will handle my account?

The same account manager in OLX will now handle your account on the Carousell platform or send us an email to support@olx.ph

 

  • How much are the new subscription fees?
